Short answer

Wrike Team costs $10 per user per month and Business costs $25 per user per month, both billed annually. Pinnacle and Apex are custom. There is a free plan with essential task management, board view, and table view. Seats on paid plans are sold in bundles, for example in groups of 5 up to 30 seats.

Wrike pricing in our data is a short list. Wrike Team costs $10 per user per month billed annually. Wrike Business costs $25 per user per month billed annually. Pinnacle and Apex are custom. A free plan covers essential task management, a board view, and a table view. Paid seats are sold in bundles, for example in groups of 5, up to 30 seats.

Those figures are from our tool data, checked in October 2026. Our data does not publish a monthly rate for Wrike, so this page does not invent one. Confirm the bill, the bundle steps, and the free-plan caps on the official Wrike pricing page before you add people. The product summary is the Wrike profile and the Wrike review.

What is Wrike pricing by plan?

Wrike's paid entry is a per-user annual price. The two published rates in our data are Team and Business. Everything above Business is a sales conversation.

PlanPrice in our dataWhat our data says about it
Free$0Essential task management, board view, and table view
Team$10 per user/month, billed annuallyThe first paid tier. Advanced features are described as living on Business and above
Business$25 per user/month, billed annuallyThe higher published tier. Custom item types, workflows, and AI features are described as higher-tier items
PinnacleCustomNo list price in our data
ApexCustomNo list price in our data

A 10-person Team bill, if you could buy exactly 10 seats, is 10 times $10, which is $100 per month and $1,200 per year. The same 10 people on Business are 10 times $25, which is $250 per month and $3,000 per year. Those are list-price products of the per-user rate. They are not a quote. The next section is why the invoice can be higher.

Our data does not assign every feature to a row. It does say the interface is dense for small teams, that paid plans are sold in user bundles, and that the price sits higher than ClickUp for similar work-management depth. It lists Gantt charts, boards, tables, resource and workload management, request forms, approvals, proofing for creative assets, custom item types, workflows, and AI features on higher tiers. Proofing and request forms are part of why marketing operations teams shortlist Wrike. This page will not pretend our data says which of those unlock on Team.

What does the free Wrike plan include?

Our data calls the free plan a real plan, not a timed trial: essential task management, plus board and table views. It does not state a user limit, a project limit, or a storage cap. If you need those numbers, they have to come from Wrike's pricing page on the day you sign up, not from this article.

That is a thinner free description than we have for some other tools. Trello pricing can name 10 collaborators and 10 boards because our Trello data includes those caps. The Wrike data does not. Do not plan a rollout on an assumed free seat count.

For a quick comparison of free limits we do have: ClickUp Free Forever is $0, with unlimited members, 60MB of storage, and limits on Spaces, forms, and whiteboards. monday.com's free plan is 2 seats, with up to 3 boards and 3 docs. Asana's free Personal plan is limited to 2 users. Those figures are also from our October 2026 data.

How do Wrike seat bundles change the bill?

Team at $10 and Business at $25 read like normal per-user prices. Our data adds a constraint: seats are sold in bundles, for example in groups of 5, up to 30 seats. A company of 6 may not be able to buy 6 seats. If the step is 5, the next bundle is 10, and 4 of those seats are empty.

Use the per-user math as a floor, then ask Wrike what bundle you would actually purchase.

Headcount you needTeam floor, if seats matched headcountBusiness floor, if seats matched headcount
5$50 per month, $600 per year$125 per month, $1,500 per year
10$100 per month, $1,200 per year$250 per month, $3,000 per year
15$150 per month, $1,800 per year$375 per month, $4,500 per year

The floor is headcount times the annual per-user rate. If your bundle is larger than the headcount, multiply the rate by the seats in the bundle, not by the people. Above 30 seats, our data stops giving the example. Treat that range as a question for Wrike's pricing page or sales, especially once Pinnacle or Apex is the tier you need.

Annual billing is the only cycle our data prices. If you need month-to-month, get that rate from Wrike directly. Do not assume it matches the $10 or $25 figure.

How does Wrike pricing compare with ClickUp?

These are first paid annual rates from our data, checked October 2026. Wrike's bundle rule can push its real bill above the floor. ClickUp's published rates are per user without that bundle note in our data.

ToolFirst paid annual rateNext published tierFree plan note in our data
Wrike Team$10 per user/monthBusiness at $25Essential tasks, board, table
ClickUp Unlimited$7 per user/monthBusiness at $12 ($19 monthly)Unlimited members, 60MB storage
monday.com BasicAbout $9 per seat/monthStandard about $12, Pro about $192 seats, up to 3 boards and 3 docs
Asana Starter$10.99 per user/monthAdvanced at $24.992 users

A 10-person floor, before Wrike bundle rounding: Wrike Team $1,200 a year, ClickUp Unlimited $840 a year, Wrike Business $3,000 a year, ClickUp Business $1,440 a year. Match the first paid tier with the first paid tier: ClickUp Unlimited at $7 against Wrike Team at $10. Match the next published tier with its counterpart: ClickUp Business at $12 against Wrike Business at $25.

The product trade-off is the reason the higher Wrike number exists for some teams. Our comparison data describes Wrike as strong at proofing and at resource management for larger organizations, with a denser interface. ClickUp is the wider Workspace at the lower list price, including docs and more customization, and it takes longer to set up. Trello is easier if you only need a board. Asana is the more polished tracker if you want less configuration. The direct write-up is ClickUp vs Wrike. monday.com vs Wrike is the other price-and-weight comparison. Wrike alternatives is the short list if the bundle math is why you are shopping.

ClickUp's AI add-on starts at $9 per user per month in our data and is separate from Unlimited and Business. Wrike's data says AI features sit on higher tiers and does not publish an add-on price. Do not add $9 to a Wrike total.

Which Wrike plan should you buy?

  1. Stay on the free plan while essential tasks, a board, and a table are the whole job, and while you have confirmed the current free caps on Wrike's site.
  2. Price Team at $10 per user per month billed annually when you are ready to pay and you do not yet need the advanced features our data places on Business and above. Multiply by the bundle size, not only by headcount.
  3. Price Business at $25 per user per month billed annually when you need those higher-tier items, including the AI features and custom item types our data associates with higher tiers. A 10-seat floor is $3,000 a year.
  4. Talk to sales for Pinnacle or Apex. Our data has no list price to compare.
  5. If the work is general project management for a small or mid-sized team, price ClickUp Unlimited at $7 and ClickUp Business at $12 on the same annual basis, and read ClickUp pricing before you treat Wrike Business as the default upgrade. The ClickUp hub collects that pricing note and the setup guides.

Wrike is a coherent bill for a team that will use proofing, approvals, and resource planning, and that can live with bundled seats. It is an expensive bill if you are buying Business so a small team can have a task list. For that second case, ClickUp's published rates cover more of the same job at a lower floor.
